Knox Marketplace is a platform for members to buy and sell licenses for digital items like themes, music, graphics, code, and more. Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers, with Knox facilitating the process. Your transactions are recorded in your member statement.
Items on Knox Marketplace are owned by the authors, not Knox. Authors upload items, and we provide the platform services.
By using our services, you agree to our terms. If you disagree, you must leave, as your use of Knox Marketplace implies acceptance of these terms.

Preview Files: If you download or stream a preview file, do not remove any watermarks. Use it solely for purchase evaluation.

Browsing and Membership

Browsing: You must be 16 or older to browse Knox Marketplace. By browsing, you agree to our terms and policies.

Membership

Age: You must be 18 or older to become a member or purchase items. If under 18, a parent or guardian must make purchases on your behalf.
Knox Account: Membership is free. As a member, you can buy items, participate in forums, and contribute to our community. You can also become an author or earn referral income.
Your Responsibility: Ensure your account information is accurate and up-to-date. Keep your password secure and report any unauthorized use immediately. Do not use VPNs to bypass terms.
Referrals: By referring new members, you may earn affiliate income under our Affiliate Program.

Buying Items

What You're Buying: Purchasing an item grants you a license to use it, not ownership. Choose the correct license for your needs. Authors may offer support for items.
Total Price: Item price includes license and support fees. Buyer fees cover services like support and fraud protection. Taxes may apply.
Payments: Use ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Add to Cart’ functions, or existing Knox Credits, to make purchases.
Knox Credits: Credits expire after 12 months. Check expiration dates regularly.
Payment Methods: Payments may be processed via third-party providers like PayPal.
Currency Conversion: You are responsible for any currency conversion costs.
Terms of Buying: You cannot cancel purchases. Download items immediately after purchase.
Warranties: Knox provides platform services with reasonable care but does not warrant items themselves.
Author Warranties: Authors warrant item quality, legality, and support as applicable.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Incorrect Pricing: We may cancel transactions if items are listed incorrectly.

Refunds

Refunds: Refunds are granted under specific conditions, such as a breach of author warranties.
Refund Process: Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Disputes: Contact us directly for dispute resolution before involving payment agents.
Fine Print: Knox is not a bank or licensed deposit taker.

Using Your Information

Privacy: We process your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
Your Details: Keep contact details private in public communications.
Confidential Information: Do not disclose confidential information obtained through Knox Marketplace.

Playing Fair

Acceptable Use: Your use of Knox Marketplace must comply with our policies.
Content Removal: We may remove content for various reasons, including quality assurance or legal compliance.

Linking and Third-Party Apps

Blocking and Disabling Accounts: We may block accounts for legal or regulatory reasons.
US-Specific Controls: Knox Marketplace is not available in U.S. sanctioned countries.
Relationship: No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created by these terms.
